Courtney Russell holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business from Nova Southeastern University. In addition he taught Hotel Revenue Management, Hotel Asset Management and Technology in the Hospitality Industry at Johnson and Wales University.

With a wealth of experience from his time on the brand side with major corporations like Starwood and IHG, Courtney has also held various regional and corporate positions at leading management companies, including Remington Hotels, Schulte Hospitality, and Atrium Hospitality. His extensive expertise spans renowned brands such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt, along with numerous independent hotels across diverse markets.
